OUR PHILOSOPHY

We are excited to offer spring & summer volleyball clinics for the young beginning athlete to the advanced college-bound player. These clinics & their structures are designed to give players of all levels & abilities the chance to learn new skills, as well as improve upon existing ones in a positive & passionate coaching environment. Each player will interact with professional coaches & college players, receiving helpful and constructive feedback as they work on developing as a complete volleyball player. We focus on improving individual skill technique, introducing and/or enhancing position-specific knowledge and skills as well as providing an overview of team offensive and defensive concepts.

COACHING STAFF

Every spring and summer we look forward to finding out what the ultimate composition of our staff and camper group will look like as we enjoy meeting and working with people from all over the country and world. Our incredibly knowledgeable and passionate coaching staff has represented all levels of collegiate, club, and high school volleyball. In past years, this list has included coaches from NCAA Institutions Divisions I, II and III from NESCAC, NEWMAC, UAA, IVY, CNE, GNAC, LEC, MAAC, MAC, MIAA, MIAC, NE-10, NEC, ODAC, SCAC, & the Skyline conference! We have been honored to work with them all during these past JVBC spring and summer clinics and look forward to many of them returning! Although the clinic directors will coach at every session, the rest of the staff varies by clinic throughout July and August based on their summer schedules. If there is a particular coach with whom you are interested in working, please e-mail us so that we can let you know the exact dates a specific coach has committed to.

  • We worked with 50 Coaches & College Players associated with 21 different NCAA Division I, II & III Institutions.
  • We coached 325+ unique players (600+ registrations processed) from 24 different states: CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, MA, MD, ME, MT, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, TN, TX, VA, WA, WY + Singapore!
  • Over 130 different High Schools & Middle Schools were represented!

ABOUT OUR CAMPERS

Over the past several years, our clinics have attracted players from nine different countries worldwide and 42 different states across the U.S. including AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, IL, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, and WY! For years, we have been working with athletes in middle school and high school (grades 6 -12) who are just as passionate about becoming better volleyball players as we are about coaching & training them! This year we are launching our “Tuskers” program for players grades 2nd -5th!
