JVBC Gives

Jumbo Volleyball Clinics were founded with a passion for giving back to a sport and community that does so much for all of us in return. As the scope and reach of JVBC grew, it became quite clear that after 10 years of serving just our volleyball community, there was an opportunity to positively impact even more communities by emphasizing, encouraging and fostering an  optimistic social conscience within JVBC programs.

Every summer, our clinics draw amazing groups of passionate volleyball players, parents and coaches from all levels of the game. As a result, we have the unique opportunity to join forces, stand together (sometimes literally) and make positive social impacts locally, nationally, and even globally.  We successfully launched our “JVBC Gives” initiative during the summer of 2019 where the concept was immediately embraced by our players, their parents, and our coaching staff. The incredibly enthusiastic responses we received simply confirmed what we already knew…this was an effort JVBC would be committed to growing for years to come. During the past 7 years, our initiative has supported 150+ organizations, all of which are listed below. Thank you to all of the hardworking players who come to train with us, suggesting their favorite charity (or a cause close to their heart) prior to the end of their specific clinic. In doing so, they help us directly allocate a portion of our proceeds to benefit many amazing foundations and important causes.

Please remember that there are so many ways to make a positive impact in this world right now, especially at this time when needs are so great. Monetary donations are just one way to have an impact, but all of us can and should be agents of great change simply by reading, conversing, and embracing any educational or engagement opportunity that we can find.
